Located 10 minutes from Manzanillo airport you will be co-hosted by the families LaPointe of Melaque, and Salas of Cihuatlan. Leopoldo Salas is the family patriarch and son Polo is a past top ten tennis player in Mexico. Polo, a USPTA Pro I, will arrange your matches with local players or visitors from Europe, the US or Canada. Four of the most tenderly cared for red clay tennis courts in Mexico. Imagine mornings at the clay courts, afternoons on the miles of golden beaches, swimming in the warm blue waters, and meeting the friendly, easy smiling people.

If you have ever wanted to meet, play tennis with, and make some lifelong Mexican friends, this is your chance.

A variety of open air palapa beachfront restaurants serve your favourite local seafood and cold drinks. They also offer lazy seaside hammocks to rest your tennis weary body while the local kids play a fiesty game of beach soccer. A band of wandering mariachis may pause to serenade your sweetheart. Or maybe you would like to take a day trip and enjoy the many colourful outdoor markets in a neighbouring town?

A Typical Day…

Morning starts with the beach sunrise in Melaque. Then a scenic 15 minute drive to the tennis courts in Cihuatlan. Meet local players and other guests. Polo will arrange your matches. Fresh fruit and juices for all! A morning of satisfying tennis and we return to the golden beaches of Melaque.

Afternoons on the beach, by the pool, or practicing your siesta skills. Watch the fiery sunset on the beach. It's a daily ritual. Then dinner and a well deserved rest …

Then you have to do it all again tomorrow!
